Today the brotha watched management make a nice size mistake and pass the buck down to the pee-ons. Mr. Manager made the mistake on what product was to go to the finishers(one who puts the color on the furniture). When the product came back to be uplostered, it was the wrong product and no one caught it until the brotha was to ship it. Mr. Manager and General Goofy past the mistake to the ones who covered the product. This is what the brotha call slanted management(buddy make a mistake and it is over looked!!)This would not have bothered the brotha had the buck not been passed on unfairly.The brotha knows that the world isn't fair but being the "chistian" he is Mr. Manager should have had some intergrity and stepped up!!!After all it was his mistake.(He may have not remembered, but the brotha did!!!)Until the next time the wants to put the company's business out there......
