Today, the poo just about hit the fan. Mr. Manager tore the angry brotha's news paper for reasons unknown. The brotha thought that he was going to have to go street!!! He stayed calm and did't even mention it to Mr. Manager who doesnt know his ass from a hole in the ground!!! You know you have poor management skills when; 1.The ones you are suppose to manage don't trust your judgement. 2. Your co-workers turn to each other for guidance and not to you for answers!!! The brotha isn't perfect, but when management is this incompetent.....Well.... Don't join them bash them on the internet instead!!!!
